Our conditions for renting a car:
- Be at least 25 years.
- Permanent driver's license is at least 2 years at the firm contract is signed.
- Valid national identity card. (And for foreigners, pass port with valid entry stamp required).
- Read the lease carefully before signing.

What do I need to rent a car?

The fares are they always the same?
|
No. They vary according to season, the rental car and rental period.

Payment is made on departure or return?
|
Payment is always at the start.
|
It's my friend (s) / husband / brother / ... who will rent the car, no problem if I drive too?

Only the tenant and the second conductor, expressed in the contract may drive!

Why?
|
Because, in case of accident, you will be private insurance, and any damages to the car!

What should I do then to drive?
|
It's simple: Submit your ID to our agent to mention you in the contract as a second driver.

Who will be responsible for the car? The tenant? The second driver? Or both?

It is the tenant.

In case of accident, what should I do?
|
Call authorities immediately and the STE.
Do not make repairs yourself!

Where to find the numbers of Sté?
|
All our numbers are in the contract.

If I want to extend the lease term, what to do?
|
Advise us 48h before, and we'll do the rest.

Advice the Sté; is it enough?
|
No! You must have a new contract with a new term. (We'll deliver it to you after you pay the new amount).

At what time should I get the car to company?
|
Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 12am and from 14:30 to 18:30.

And Sunday?
|
Sunday (rest) is always included in the rental period.
|
If my contract ends and I could not get the car in time?
|
There are two cases:
1-You called the Sté before? So you can always return the car the next day while paying for one more day.
2-You did not advice the Sté? You have to deliver it the next day while paying compensation to delay a day, mentioned in the contract.

Can I get the rest of the price if I decide to get the car to company before the end of the contract?
|
No!

But anyway, I can get the car to company?
|
Yes.
|
Or maybe may I pass it to a friend?
|
No! Remember the persons who have the right to drive this car. In addition, you will always continue to be the sole responsible of the car, until you put it back to company!
